Activator

The activator is a hand held chiropractic tool which has a built in graded recoil mechanism designed to deliver lighter thrusts or stimuli then the conventional chiropractic adjustment. This tool is most often utilized when the patient presents in the acute stage with substantial swelling and cannot tolerate a chiropractic adjustment, or when and if the patient simply prefers this method over the adjustment. This tool is especially useful with osteoporotic populations generally the elderly and post menopausal women in order to avoid any potential fracture due to decreased bone density.
